PGP DLL coming with CKT 6.5.8 build 9 beta 3

Hello TBBETA Members!

Some of you may remember the woes I had some time ago with the PGP
plug-in coming with the last of CKT's PGP builds. As a reminder:
special characters were not treated correctly.

With the help of Mary I was able to find another problem with that
DLL - messages containing attachments were decrypted such that the
attached files did not appear. The remedy for all troubles is easy,
replace the DLL coming with build 09 beta 3 with the one from build
08.

If anybody uses PGP 6.5.8ckt build 09 beta 3 (also shown as beta 2)
and has its DLL in TB's main directory, I can privately e-mail the
older, perfectly working file.

I have 2 different batpgp65.dll on my disk. one older with worked fine form
me, and one newer with caused problems (can't verify anymore as I use PGP8.1
now)

I use this version, but without DLL and only via built-in support. This
encrypts and decrypts correctly all umlauts and accented characters.

Depends if you wish to use all options and features available in PGP,
like the Secure Viewer ...

The one I'm using came from a 4 year old backup, so mathematically we're
in the right ball park for a good one :)

I've not got any of those wierdo characters on this keyboard so I couldn't
test your theory you suggested anyway.

One way is PGPKeys/Help/About. Another: send yourself a signed and
encrypted message containing special characters like ä ö ü ß, verify
and decrypt it. If you see something like Hex-codes instead of special
characters, you've got the old DLL.
